You can withdraw cash from your PC Money™ Account without incurring fees through one of our many PC Financial ATMs. You can also withdraw cash from a 3rd party ATM, subject to a fee (see fee schedule).
The PC Financial Mastercard allows purchases up to $200 via tap-enabled technology within our Loblaw locations. If the purchase amount is higher the customer will be prompted to use their physical plastic card. All other cards within Google Pay will have a $100 payment limit in our stores.

As a PC Financial Mastercard credit card customer, you may be able to use your card to take out a cash advance at bank machines that accept Mastercard, write convenience cheques, or complete a money transfer. The cash limit refers to the maximum that you're able to withdraw for these purposes.
You can pay your internet, phone, utilities, and credit card bill – like your PC® Mastercard® – from your PC Money™ Account to earn up to 5,000 points every month.
You can transfer funds to your PC Money™ Account by setting it up as a recurring bill payment with your other bank, by linking an external account, or sending yourself an Interac e-Transfer®. Sending yourself an Interac e-Transfer® is the fastest way to fund your account.
The PC Financial Money Account is a type of bank account used for paying bills and making purchases, both online and in-person. It comes with a PC-branded Mastercard that's more of a debit credit card than full fledged credit card and can only be used where Mastercards are accepted.
Unlike its former banking service, which was provided by CIBC, PC Money Accounts are issued directly by President's Choice Bank. The PC Money Account card can be used to collect PC Optimum points on purchases, and can be used online and worldwide at any retailer that accepts Mastercard.
Unless your bank has set a withdrawal limit of its own, you are free to take as much out of your bank account as you would like. It is, after all, your money. Here's the catch: If you withdraw $10,000 or more, it will trigger federal reporting requirements.
Cashier/Teller Withdrawals
This is the maximum amount of physical cash that you can take out of your bank account in a 24-hour period by going into a branch and making a withdrawal in person. For example, your bank may limit cashier transactions to no more than $20,000 in physical cash each day.
Certificates of deposit, or CDs
CDs generally don't charge a monthly fee. Account access: None. When you open a CD, you agree to not withdraw the money for a certain period of time, called a term. If you take money out before then, you'll likely pay an early withdrawal penalty.
How does a PC money account work?
Accepted everywhere Mastercard® is, this no monthly fee account gives you unlimited everyday transactions and rewards you with 10 PC Optimum™ points on every $1 you spend on purchases at participating stores and 5 points on every $1 everywhere else you shop.
You can request a credit limit increase or decrease through your PC Financial online account. Once signed in, navigate to “Accounts & Cards”. Make sure you're toggled to “Accounts” and select the account you'd like to change your credit limit for.

How does the PC Money™ Account differ from a conventional debit account? The PC Money™ Account is an online self-service money management account. This means you can pay bills (including pre-authorized withdrawals for things like gym memberships and utility bills), and transfer funds between banks.
When you receive your refund will depend on when the merchant's payment system submits the refund for processing. Most refunds typically take 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to appear in your account once the merchant has issued the refund.
