The credit card tiers depend always on the card provider. This means that you can't necessarily compare the cards very easily. But a good rule of thumb: the card in the highest tier is usually the black credit card.
Premium luxury credit cards, or black cards, are the most exclusive and prestigious credit cards on the market.

Is a diamond card better than platinum?

The Mastercard® Black Card's minimum credit limit is $5,000. If you get a card that's issued by American Express, you can expect high-quality service. With Visa cards, you won't interact with Visa for customer service issues. You'd contact the credit card company that issued the card. Since Visa partners with so many card issuers, that means customer service is more variable.
Capital One Venture X Rewards Credit Card
A rating of 5 is the best a card can receive. Why it's one of the hardest credit cards to get: The Capital One Venture X Rewards Credit Card is hard to get because it requires excellent credit for approval and charges an annual fee of $395. You get a lot in return, though.
