The duo tried filming various clips and shared a look at the behind-the-scenes moments of giggles that came along with the process.
The words 'Why it takes 2 hours to shoot a 2 minute video,' popped onto the screen before the camera cut to Reese and Ava.
The 24-year-old, dressed in a pink cardigan and light wash jeans, directed the 48-year-old, who worea collared shirt and blue jeans, to shove the book towards her.
Reese obliged and comically handed off the book in a sturdy manner.

The ladies then head outside and sit at a picnic table holding cups of iced tea before Reese bursts into a fit of laughter.
The Big Little Lies actress and Ava quickly recover and clink their glasses.
Next, they go off to the bathroom, wearing matching pink robes.
Reese tries to hand her daughter a skincare product but the model drops it, and the Legally Blonde star once again tries to hold back laughter.
The video ends with Reese and Ava outside as The Morning Show star hands off a bouquet of flowers.
'What?' Ava asked as Reese laughed before the shot began.
The Your Place or Mine actress then pushes the flowers towards her eldest child.
'Want to give them back to me?' Reese inquired before Ava playfully shoved the flowers in her mom's face.

Adding about their bond, 'I really have a rich, personal relationship with my daughter. I have a really great career, and it's nice to be able to share it with my kids.'
Along with Ava, Reese is also mom to son Deacon, 20, with ex Ryan Philippe, and son Tennessee, 11, with ex Jim Toth.
Reese has also reflected on the benefits of being a working mom throughout the years and what it will teach her kids.

'My mom worked, and I think it’s good for kids to see women working and being successful,' she told InStylein 2020. 'I think it’s going to make them hard workers because they see that I don’t get much sleep.'
But being in the workforce and raising a family comes with its challenges.
'I’m just trying to hold on, trying to make it through,' Reese continued. 'My older kids help with the little one. It’s nice to have a big family.'
As for what the producer wishes for her kids? 'I want them to grow up with passion,' Reese stated. 'This is the one life you get, and you have to live it to the very end.'
Being in the business for years has allowed the founder of Reese's Book Club to hand-pick her projects.
'I’ve realized that life is too short to spend my time with anybody who doesn’t appreciate me, treat me with respect or bring value to the relationship,' Reese noted. 'I’m much more confident now, and I feel like I have the ability to say, "Nope, I don’t want to work with that person."'
In addition to being an actress, producer, director, and book club founder, Reese has also created a southern-inspired clothing line calledDraper James.
'I’ve been acting for about 25 years, and I still love it, but I like the challenge of trying something else too,' she told the outlet. 'I find there are a lot of people talking about New York and Los Angeles, but there’s a whole world out there in between, and that’s who I like to tell stories about and make products for — people who love the life they have and have a sense of style that’s uniquely their own.'
