ResponsibilitiesKforce has a client in Smithfield, RI that is seeking a Manufacturing ERP Applications Manager to oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of information systems. Responsibilities:
Manage a team
Overseeing ERP Implementations and enhancements
Collaborate closely with stakeholders, cross-functional teams and vendors to transition to more efficient business application systems
Ensure the efficient operation of all enterprise application software
Manage system upgrades, version updates, configuration changes, and new module implementations with minimal disruption to daily operations
Conduct thorough business process analysis and requirement gathering to design solutions that align with business needs
Continuous Improvement
Oversee the integration of third-party BI applications with the ERP system seamlessly
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience in ERP implementation and management, preferably in a multi-site environment
Strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional teams and managing vendor relationships
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
Proficiency in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design
Experience with Deacom ERP is highly desirable
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Deacom, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is desirable
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
