You can transfer funds to your PC Money™ Account by setting it up as a recurring bill payment with your other bank, by linking an external account, or sending yourself an Interac e-Transfer®.
Sending yourself an Interac e-Transfer® is the fastest way to fund your account. Linking an external account or setting up recurring payment may take up to 3 business days (not including weekends and holidays).
Go to:
Set up scheduled transfers from a linked external account
Step One: Link external account
Log in to your PC Financial mobile app or online account
Select Move Money
Select Link and manage bank accounts
Click on Link your bank account and follow on-screen instructions
Wait up to 3 business days until your micro deposits show up in the external account you are linking. Make a note of the amounts of the micro deposits.
Repeat steps 1 -3
Select the pending external account (or click the 3 dots) and confirm the amounts of the micro deposits when prompted
You will see a “success” screen verifying that your account has been linked
Step two: Transfer money
Select Move Money
Click Fund Account or Transfer Money
Select your external bank account as the account you want to send money from
Select your PC Money™ Account as the account you want to send money to
Click continue
Review transfer details and click send
The transfer has been initiated pending processing and will appear in the scheduled & pending transactions until processed
Note: Transferred funds from an external account may be held for up to five (5) business days (not including weekends and holidays) before you can access them from your PC Money™ Account to ensure that the transaction from your external bank account has been completed. The hold starts from the time the transfer is no longer in the scheduled & pending transactions and appears as deposited funds in your account until the evening of the fifth business day. Example: Transfer is initiated on a Monday. Funds are deposited into your account on the Tuesday and a five-business-day hold is applied. The hold will be released the following Tuesday in the evening calculated as follows: Wednesday = 1 day, Thursday = 2 days, Friday = 3 days, Monday = 4 days, Tuesday = 5 days.
Set up a request for funds from your other bank using Interace-Transfer® Request Money
Easily request money from your other bankself following these simple steps:
Log in to your PC Financial mobile app or online account
Select Move Money
Click Interac e-Transfer®
Click request money
Select or add yourself as a contact
Input the amount you want to request
Confirm your Interac e-Transfer® request
You’ll get a text or email with the request. When you do, select your other bank.
Follow the on screen instructions to accept the request and to send funds to your PC Money Account
Helpful tip: If you don’t receive a text or email, you can resend the notification by viewing your scheduled and pending transactions and selecting "Remind".
Set up a recurring billpayment from your other bank.
Step One: Add PC Financial to your payees
Log into your other bank and go to the "bill payments" section
Add 'PC Financial Mastercard' as a payee. This payee name is valid for setting up your PC Money Account.
Enter your 16-digit PC Money Account card number and save it as a new payee
Make a bill payment to add money to your PC Money Account
Step Two: Set up recurring bill payments
Go to "Bill Payments", and select your newly added PC Money Account
Enter amount and choose your ongoing payment schedule
