The Importance of Self-Avatars and Realistic Movements in VR Simulations

Does this exist for the Meta Quest? A tool to capture user feedback within the VR experience itself. Think like an in-product survey for web or mobile but in VR, except typing in VR is still so slow. Problem I'm trying to solve is how to capture answers to open-ended questions (not just likert scales or yes/no answers) after a player completes a particular task. Ideally you'd record their voice and what they are seeing. How have others solved this before?(Ps. I've seen Unity packages that do simple surveys but nothing like screen and voice recording)
