This is not the very first time I have used them one other time and they have proved to be very professional and honest people. I have not had any problem with the work they have performed at our home. They communicate quickly and openly with you no long wait time and no one pressuring you to get a service you don't want. This company is wonderful. I used another plumbing company and the VIP membership for an inspection the technician gave me an estimate of over $4500.00 in repairs ( heart attack) But I got Best Care to come out and give me a second check. I was shocked!!!!They replaced my hot water tank with a better model and replace drain tray for over $1000.00 less. The second item they told did not even need to be done saving me $1500.00. The other two cut off valves that need to be replaced only charged my $130 for both instead of $ 500.00 that the other company wanted to charge me. They have a new loyal customer and I am telling everyone about they.

Bestcare services arrived on time and fixed my air conditioning in 30 minutes if not faster. Very polite, professional and friendly. They exceeded my expectations in every way. I thought they were coming back in the house to tell me what the problem was and tell they had to order a part. Nope, they told me that I needed a new capacitor and had already installed it and just wanted me to know that I was all set. I was dumb founded and had to pick my chin off the floor. I’m making sure that if I have any plumbing or HVAC issues in the future, that I have AHS contact them for repairs. They are difinetly a few steps above their competitors and will always ask for them. What a refreshing service!!!

BestCare recently completed Energy Upgrades on my home through the TVA EnergyRight program. Yes, there were a couple of hiccups along they way but they ALWAYS responded to my calls and took the time to answer my questions in full detail. All of the Contractors/Technicians were friendly, respectful and 'On Time' for their work appointments. After any portion of work was continued or completed, I received notification from the office staff which let me know that everyone was in full communication. Their completed work was inspected by both local Code Enforcement and TVA and it was Exceptional. No Doubt, BestCare Home Services gives The Best Care!!

They were professional and kept us informed because they had to order a part. After receiving the part they called to set up an appointment. They arrived promptly and replaced the part.

Best Care was a super experience, from the courteous staff employee, I believe, named *Dina, who set the calendar date, to completion of the work performed by a very professional, knowledgeable, efficient and pleasant repairman named Taylor. Because of these employees, I will call on Best Care should future services become necessary.* I believe the name “Dina” should be edited to the name “Kim” who set the calendar.

On 4/7/2022 I employed Best Care to installed a HVAC system and a hot water heater for my home.The installer were professional from the hot water installers to the HVAC installers. Like to thank Kem and his crews for a job well done. I will have to have someone come back out to show me how to change my filter for my HVAC, but I am sure that won’t be a problem.There was one major mishap which was taken care to my satisfaction. This company gets my recommendation.

OUTSTANDING service, went behind another Company that took over 90 days and still was not right. Corrected the problem fast. I was informed of everything that was going to take place prior to the work being done. Was very professional and arrived on time called ahead to let me know he was on the way. We like Best Care as much as any other plumbing service we have used, however, they are very proud of their work. The water heater was 900, the bill was 2389 which was more than double the labor charge of our previous installation. Also, the work order was not complete, so they had to make a second trip to finish the job. Still, very professional manner with quality work, and they did return promptly to finish the job.

This was the most positive service experience I have ever had with any company. Best Care is the best! They responded immediately, arrived on time, quickly fixed our problem. They send texts to confirm your appt and call when they’re on their way. No one does that! And that’s just the service aspect. These folks know they’re stuff. The young man that came out was very polite though I waited most of the day every time and my air hasn't properly worked all summer. Guess what and it's still not working. From freezing up to low on freon to water backing up ruining my floor. All I can say is I'm grateful for a window unit. $60 every visit and still no air.

Fantastic company with professional staff. They replaced my AC unit. First, the tech came out and diagnosed the problem. The next day, the salesman came out to sit down and present options. He gave good advice. The day after that, I had a new AC unit installed by friendly people who showed up on time and knew what they were doing. They also wore masks due to the pandemic without me asking.

Best Care Heating and Cooling of North Alabama certainly earned their name!! I sent an email through their website. With in a couple hours Tanyss called to schedule our visit as a second opinion on whether to repair or replace our aging hvac system. Carlos arrived on time ( a very big plus), answered our many questions patiently and clearly stated what he recommended for us plus a written estimate that day. We liked what we heard and decided to replace the entire system. (Their price was comparable to the first company, but included more upgrades..... And uses American made units....another plus. The replacement was scheduled for Monday and would be a BIG job.Tyler and Dalton arrived on Monday morning at the expected time and explained what their plan involved.They were polite, professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. They were also considerate of our walls and floors. Those two young men worked tirelessly for a little more than two days to clean up our convoluted mess of an old system and install the new unit (a dampered system), ductwork, additional vents, extra return, and additional thermostat. They never complained or slowed their pace in spite of the tight space in the attic or the heat. They worked calmly and peaceably until the job was done and all was cleaned up and removed. I'd also like to give kudos to the delivery driver, Bill who came to retrieve the o!d unit and ductwork for removal and disposal. I'm sure he sometimes feels he has a thankless job, but he is much appreciated by those of us who appreciate a warm smile and hard work!My husband and I commented as Tyler and Dalton left that they had restored our confidence that there are still young men in this country who display responsibility and an admirable work ethic. Best Care was recommended to me by a friend after receiving a rediculous quote by another company. They provided excellent customer service from the initial gentalman who provided the quote on what I needed and why to the last professional leaving the house after installation.

Worst customer service ever!! I bought a new water heater it was too big. I didn't want to purchase one through their company being that it was tad bit more. I still haven't received my refund nor had my old heater reinstalled. All I wanted was my old water heater reinstalled but to no avail. I don't understand why I have to pay to have something you uninstalled and defaced (no pipes or plug like it was intentionally destroyed to make me have to go through your company. )

Best Care is a great HVAC company. Cory did a great job diagnosing and repairing a heating problem with my first floor furnace. He went the extra mile by checking the (admittedly old) furnace for any cracks to make sure we weren't in danger from carbon monoxide. Glad our homeowner's insurance uses them.

The Technician, Patrick, was very patient. The Countertop vendor still had the faucet in their possession. Patrick was willing to wait for the Countertop vendor to bring the faucet on site. Once the faucet arrived, Patrick had the faucet installed and tested in a matter of minutes. Our heating system has been blowing cool air and sometimes when we cut it off it just runs blowing cool air. Our warranty system provided us with this company. Worst experience ever. The staff are kind but I need my problem resolved. They have been to my home 4 times or more YES FOUR OR MORE. Each time there is a new problem. My frustration is I have a baby who I have to dress in gloves, a hat, jacket and of course layers of clothes to keep him warm at night. I can't keep going day to day like this with my baby!! Like fix my problem. At what point do you give an accurate diagnosis????? I'm very disappointed and highly upset because once again we have to be in the cold. On top of that I understand you have to schedule but waiting days for service. Honestly by now this issue should be treated as a courtesy in regards to coming TOMORROW!!! I can go on and on but bottom line this has been a terrible experience and I'm all for re doing my review only until the heater is fixed without a technician needing to return a day or 2 later! I wish I could post a pic of my baby sleeping at night maybe there would be some urgency to this matter. Again very disappointed and at my breaking point!

I made several warranty calls and the previous companies sent did not find the faulty wire. Once the Best Care tech had the cover off the outside unit, the fried mouse that had eaten through one of the AC wires was found. That mouse and the lesser competent air techs could have caused my house to burn down. Thank you Best Care Home Services for preventing, what could have been, a disaster!

I would not recommend Best Care if you value your time. The customer service here is ridiculous. They will schedule and not show up, having you wait all day for them and then when you call to see what is going on you will be told that something came up and they need to reschedule. This happened to me twice with their technicians, and I am now sitting at home after taking part of my day to wait for an inspection that they set up just for me to reach out to them because no one is here and they say ‘oh there was some confusion’. It seems to always be confusion when they are supposed to be at the house on time or when they are supposed to be submitting paperwork to my home owners insurance company. I am ALWAYS the one calling them to see what is going on even when they promise to call me back or follow up, they never do. It is always me doing the follow up. If you value your time, go somewhere else. The technicians they send out when they finally come do a good job and I have no complaints about their work but getting to that point is exhausting, frustrating and disappointing. I will definitely request someone else if I have another issue.

Quick and on time and found the problem within a few minutes. Never had any company do that before. Give me options on how to fix the ac leaks and at a good price.

I want to commend August,(service manager) for working through a challenging A/C and Electrical problem. The day before, an electrician had reported that the issue was due to faulty A/C compressor. So, responding to a service call for an A/C, August encountered an electrical problem at the 240 sub-panel. Even though he had to go to a local Home Depot to obtain the part, August replaced a defective 50 Amp circuit breaker. In addition, he installed a new connector and made certain all wires on the compressor had fresh-cut connections. All this was accomplished on a Saturday morning, above and beyond what would be expected. As a result, August earns 5 stars.

The plumbing business itself has always been very professional and the technician that worked on our HVAC did an excellent job. One thing I wasn’t very happy about was his lack of concern that might be infecting us of the virus. He came to our door maskless and did not apologize for not wearing one. For all the time that he worked in our house, he never showed any concern about mask wearing as if there was no mandate about masks.

Great experience with Best Care in the installation of our new Rinnai water heater. Very attentive crew who that answered all of my questions. The owner even showed up at the end of the installation to make sure we were happy.

I called Best Care at 10:30 am & the tech was working on my heating system within the hour. He was so professional, he was personable & he tolerated my barking dogs. My home warranty sent this company out to fix our heating. They fixed the heat after coming out twice but in return now our ac doesn’t work. I know for a fact that our ac worked before they came. It has been misdiagnosed 4-5 times now. The worker was so quick to get out the door before even checking to see if it was even working. He also left wires hanging out of the machine in the attic.we have been dealing with this for weeks. Our warranty company put in a request for a new unit. We waited days for them to call us. They didn’t so my husband called them. They said the warranty company won’t replace it but that they have a good finance program. Spoke to our warranty company again and they said they would replace it. Seems like this company is trying to rack up a good bill with all these parts that didn’t need to be replaced in the first place.. just call someone else.

When our air went out, a technician let us know that a fix would only be temporary and we were given options about repair vs replacement. We decided to replace the entire system with a more efficient one and were very pleased with the entire process. Sean & Evan, the installers of our new HVAC system, were professional and informed us each step of the way what was being done.

I have never in my life had a company try to talk me out of getting service. The CSA said your unit may be unrepairable therefore I m trying to save you money of 189.00. The first girl was same way. The last girl was rude & not wanting to schedule a tech. The tech came out and thawed out the unit by turning the heat on and i suppose he cleaned it due to sheetrock dust from the two newly sheetrocked rooms which that company did cause problem by running AC! But i needed it repAired. The only good CSA was Chelsea. I have a text from the last agent. Have never ever has such poor customer service from Best care except the day we gave them a check for the new Trane for 14k. After that it went downhill. The first cleaning was not done because tech did not know or ask for a hose outlet close to unit. So he just did a half job if that and left. The day the unit was installed tge supv brought out some plyboard and was very nice. The guy who sold me the unit was very good but ever since they want to charge a service fee each time for what I ve paid for . I bought a hot water tank from Bestcare and then had another unit replaced for warranty and just paid install. No problems there. The problem occurs when you call the CSA s to get help so sad because you are only as good as your staff. Kudos to most techs

This company initially installed the water heater in Sept/Oct of 2021. To start, it wasn’t the water heater I was interested in purchasing (only has a year to three year guarantee) but it was all they had available at the time and we had no hot water. Installation went fine, it worked well for a year. Fast forward to now. I started to notice that the water heater either wasn’t heating like it was as well as taking longer to heat or it would be scalding very suddenly. I started the process of the warranty with Home Depot (massive props to Peyton for helping!) and there was a work request put in the same day. Best Care called that same day and scheduled a professional to come by my home the following day (they were squeezing me in because the crew was already going to be in my location) and they would be charging $80 to just assess what the problem was, the time frame was 6 hours. The crew arrived on time considering they had a wide window, but they were polite and tried to be helpful. One of the gentlemen stated that he wasn’t a plumber (nor was his coworker) so he wasn’t able to trouble shoot or fix the water heater, that he would have to call the company and request that they actually send a plumber for additional charges. That being said, according to the crew, there was nothing wrong with the water heater but they took the liberty to raise the temperature setting without asking my permission and instructed me to caution everyone in my household that the water could scald them if they weren’t careful with the new setting. This was after they noted that there were, in fact, issues with the water heating in the main bathroom. I guess it didn’t warrant any further action because next thing I know, I get a text to leave a sparkling review and that they consider the matter closed. Hmmm. I called Home Depot to sort it a tad further and they can no longer leave messages on my account because the account is locked or closed. The water heater is still misbehaving and I’m stuck with a unit I never wanted to being with, to be honest. **To be clear: no one was rude or even unprofessional. The whole thing that is an issue is they blew me off and I’m still experiencing problems with the water heater. Nothing was solved. My problem wasn’t important enough to get a plumber out to my property. That’s disappointing. So here’s the review that Best Care requested.

My sevice technician was awesome!! He was able to quickly assess the cause of the problem with my bathroom sink and set about repairing the problem. He also patiently answered my questions and made recommendations about replacing the plumbing fixtures I asked him about. He was a great help.

I requested my annual air conditioner maintenance service through my home warranty company on the third week of April 2021. Both units were blowing cool air before Best Care Home Services came to service them. They diagnosed the units with multiple leaks in the evaporator coil. Both units are now suspiciously not working once the Best Care Home Service worker left for the day stating that they would turn in the technicians report to my home warranty company. How can two separate units that I requested annual maintenance, all of a sudden is now not working. Get this, they were more interested in getting me scheduled with an appointment with their salesman to come to my home to discuss purchasing new AC units through Best Care Home. I got suspicious and asked my home warranty for a second opinion with a different company. My Home warranty company agreed and the first thing the different HVAC person noticed was both plugs to both units were pulled and disconnected. The one upstairs did have a locked up condenser fan motor. The condenser fan motor was replaced immediately that day, pressures checked and now both units are cooling. In short, only one unit had an issue but, the plug was pulled on both units by Best Care Home Service and tried to get me to buy two new units from them. Be careful and no harm in asking for a second opinion. They come across nice like most snakes.

BUYER BEWARE:I would give ZERO STARS IF I COULD!I am very disappointed with the service of this company. In the past 6 months I have replaced an HVAC package unit with a Trane prackage unit, and TWO hot water heaters. In the spring, the HVAC guys came out to give us a tune up for $75 on top of the 12K that we’ve spent with the company. In the beginning of June, our new thermostat said “service required.” We called for service. The COMPRESSOR was bad on our BRAND NEW UNIT. THUS, we have no air. We were WITHOUT air for a week. Lucky for us, Memphis summer has been kind until now. We were set to have the new compressor replaced a week and three days post initial repair call…only to find out we needed an additional wire. All of that to say….the owner was NEVER AVAILABLE TO TAKE MY CALL. when I used this company 5ish years ago as they were starting up he was always available, and I’m frankly disappointed with how they have treated this entire situation. They are happy to accept new business, take money, but when repairs are needed that are under warranty expect to wait.Old review:In the last month, we’ve had to replace a package HVAC unit and a hot water tank. We are pleased with our service and install from best care. Our hot water tank wasn’t functioning as I’d expected. I called and the next day the install tech was back at our house addressing my concern. We will definitely use this trustworthy company again.

We used Best Care Plumbing through our home warranty service for repair of our hot water heater. The service was prompt and very efficient. Our hot water heater required a part that had to be ordered. Michael had it for us the very next morning and installed quickly. I can't thank them enough for their professionalism and great service! I would definitely use them again even for things not covered under our home warranty!

Called this morning to get estimate for a pump on my water tank to recirculate hot water. Got the appt for today 12-2 GREAT! Shane, the tech, was supposed to call 30mins before, he called literally 5mins away, that's OK.Arrived, took him to the water tank. Told him what I wanted. His immediate response was No, we don't do that on existing units, your pipes could bang and rattle, causes never ending problems, costs a lot of money. OK, can you give me an estimate? Calls his boss, do we install pumps on existing units? Boss - 'NO So, i said, OK I'll call someone else.I know they are installed on existing units, my friend did it, that's where I got the idea.1. I told the lady when I made the appt what I wanted, she could have said, we don't do that.2. Shane and his boss were dismissive.3. Not for the company to worry about banging pipes or cost, that's my decision.4. They didn't want the business; my guess it was lunch time and didn't want to be bothered.

My water heater burst and they came out to fix it and promised that they would fix my ceiling and I have been waiting for this to get done for over a month. I keep getting the run around that someone will contact me but to no avail no one ever call. I was told from the beginning that it would take about a week for it to get done.this is not good business I should not have to keep calling for this to take care of this with false promises.

I had purchased a new garbage disposal & Best Care did the installation! They were wonderful! They were on time, very professional, and extremely polite and courteous! They were quick and thorough - making sure everything was working properly and replacing anything that was needed! I was so pleased with the service after they left that I called the office to compliment the guys!

I paid over $1000 for a repair. The fee for coming the first tine to quote was $79. The actual return trip to do the repair lasted 21 minutes and was $950 in addition to the $79. I had asked for my April Air filters to be checked as well as the Freon level in both units. The technician told my grandson he checked the Freon and though it really wasn’t needed, he added Freon to one of the units. Being here only 21 minutes I was shocked he could replace a fan motor, check the filters and Freon in 2 units and add Freon to one! I called and ask the company to have him call me. He did not. I called the 2nd day and ask to speak with someone in management. Have never heard from them. It seems they would appreciate their customers enough to return a phone call. I asked twice yet never got a call back.July 2021

They were very professional. House was hot and the Tech tried his best to fix the unit in the rain!! However they had to come back out for a second visit and fixed the unit in a matter of minutes!

First experience having to replace a water heater and I wish everything in life went this smooth and easy. Went online to purchase at Home Depot. I wanted it installed so somebody would have to contact me. Best Care called me within a couple hours(on Saturday) and set up the free consultation for Monday. Zach came out and explained everything with multiple options. He answered all my questions and was very professional. I called the next morning to approve the work and was set up with installation for the following morning. Ethan came out to do the installation and removal of the old water heater. The install process went great and only took a few hours. I truly can't tell you how happy I am with the new water heater and how Best Care took care of everything!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

When the appt was scheduled it was between 8 to 12. The tech called at around 11:30 to make sure someone was there and to advise he was on the way and what time he would arrive. He arrived on time. No problems or complaints with the installation.However, the phone customer service employee needs to be in another field. Acted like I was bothering her in asking her assistance in doing her job.

After multiple inquiries to various plumbing companies, Best Care came out to look at a frozen and busted pipe after one of the worst freezes in Memphis. The technician arrived 3 hours after the scheduled window, around 8pm. He was at our house maybe 10 minutes. I showed him the area water was coming in to the bathroom when the main supply was turned on. He looked at pipes under the vanity and told us he couldn’t do anything until the vanity was removed and left. We paid $289 for him to tell us that the vanity needed to be removed. He didn’t offer any other options. My contractor couldn’t remove the vanity quickly or easily so we reached out to another plumbing company. Their technician was prompt and identified the problem 5 minutes after he arrived. In 45 minutes we had water again. I am disappointed I had to pay Best Care to come out do nothing and offer no other options.

Best Care Home Service has been to my home multiple times over the last 5yrs to preform maintenance on my hvac systems. Every experience I have had with this company has been wonderful . I have had multiple technicians to my home for different issues and they always show up full equipped to preform the job and from my experiences are always clean cut and very knowledgeable of their trade and able to answer any questions I have in concern with my hvac system. They also completely replaced my hvac system a 3yrs ago and replaced all of the duct work in my home , and though it was a 2 day process that would be inconvenient for anyone in the middle of the summer , I was made aware on the front end that it would take 2 days to complete due to the amount of work involved with the installation process,but from the initial service call , to the sales consultation, to the completion of the installation everyone i had to deal with was very knowledgeable and kept me well informed of what to expect. Now I have a working and reliable Hvac system and Best Care has a customer for life. I recommend this company to everyone I know. On a scale of 1-5, they are a 10. We had a massive water leak (600,000+ gallons or 17 swimming pool refills on a 40,000 gallon pool) in 7 days! Yep! Within minutes they knew it was a flapper valve. And they were the nicest, kindest people, felt like I’d known them forever! They now are my “go to plumber”!

I recently had a water heater replaced and the Best Care people installed it with several improvements over the original installation during construction. Very professional work in a timely manner.

The end result (getting my burst water heater tank replaced) was good. Everything worked and was replaced correctly.The technician/plumber came out early that Friday and made his assessment and sent it in to his company that morning. However, the information/work order, was not faxed into Lowe's until Monday morning after I had called your office. Once that was done then they got it replaced by that Monday evening.Secondly, they had to unplug the central air-conditioning because it sat beside the water heater and did not plug it back in when they got through. I didn't even know it could be unplugged and it took me a couple of hours to realize it was not on and then I saw the plug laying on the floor of the closet and plugged it back in. In the meantime the temperature went to about 94 degrees in the house.So, yes, I would tell someone else they could use your company and that you did a good job once started but it probably should have been done on that first day and not three days later. Other than that they did a good job.

Technicians replaced a defective hot water heater. The technicians used the utmost care not damage anything , had masks on the entire time, arrived on time and were very courteous. Extremely happy

I recently had some issues with my AC while I was out of town. I called another company first and received word that I completely needed a new furnace, evaporator coil and condescent pump. The quote was $7600! I called Best Care for a second opinion and told them what was found. While they could have sold me a new furnace and undercut my first quote, they did not. Instead they told me all I needed was an evaporator coil. Never once did they try to up charge me or sell me something more than I needed. The technician was amazing. Friendly and thorough and the staff at the office were so sweet. 5 star company all the way around!

Do not use this company. They overpromise and under deliver! I was told yesterday by the service technician that he would return today to complete the job he started. He stated the part required was local and assured me that I'd be placed on his work list today. Now, the representatives are stating that the technicians do not manage the work lists. They only RIP your unit apart, leave it incomplete to get to the next call, collect their reimbursem*nt from your home warranty company in order to say they started on the project. They're no better than the other HBAC companies. They're definitely not what their name suggest.

This was the only place I could get to come out the same day for my AC repair. Levy came out and diagnosed the issue right away and not much longer it was fixed. He answered all my questions and saved the day in our house!! I highly recommend this company.

Does not warranty their work past 30 days for a shower head cartridge. The shower head cartridge must be replaced within 6 months, besides the set screw on the shower handle having been tightened so much so that I cannot remove it. Since the work was paid for by a warranty service, another service call fee will be charged, or so I was told. I was recommended Cordova Plumbing and will call them.

We had an emergency situation at the shop this morning with our water heater. It shut the whole operation down. I made a call and within a few minutes a tech was on his way. They came with new water heater within an hour and a half and finished job within 3 hours of contact. Now we are back up and running and business as usual. These guys define customer service. Don't look anywhere else! I have used them for my home and business for all HVAC and plumbing needs since 2015 and the service is second to no one.

Their technician Josh was fantastic! He was very knowledgeable and thorough. He found an issue beforehand that caused my A/C to go out after fixing the initial problem. They installed a new unit and new insulation in our attic I would say maybe 2 years okay. It does not heat up our entire home, but their response is the home is old. If I paid $9,000.00 there is no reason I have to close off doors in my home to hopefully heat it up! In my opinion they take advantage of women and don't stand behind their work. Best Care there's no need to respond to this review, worst decision we made by choosing this company.

This is specifically in regards to the plumbing service as we have had good service with their air conditioning services. The technician spent over 2 hours for a quote and then waited in our driveway for another 30 minutes without us knowing what was going on. We didn't ever hear back and after calling twice for the result of that quote was told they wouldn't be quoting the job as it was too much for them. I had 4 other companies give great quotes, but this company by far wasted our time to not even be interested in the job or follow up to inform us they wouldn't be sending a quote. I am glad I called the second time! Use someone else for plumbing.

I love this company!!! I love the technicians!!! With the recent freeze and nasty weather here in the Mid-South, I had several pipes freeze and burst, including at my tankless water heater that I purchased and had installed by Best Care Plumbing, Heating & Air. The previous technicians were outstanding. Devyn, the plumber for this last service call continues to provide Best Care's outstanding service. He is a miracle worker! Knows his trade! Thank you for the timely outstanding service!!!

Another company was assigned my air problem in july, it's September and Best care was assigned. They repaired in 30 minutes what the others couldn't do in 3 months.

i dont normally do reviews but I had to commend Best Care Home Services on their excellent customer service. They were able to get me a same day appointment and tech came as scheduled. I had another company out prior to Best Care that was not able to find the problem with my A/C but technician Steve went right to the unit and immediately detected the problem. Also the office personnel, Traci was fantastic and helpful. I would definitely recommend this company.

If I could give 0 starts I would in an instant. Please do not use this company!I had an absolutely terrible experience with them. Where to start...As many of the other reviews already state, it is nearly impossible to get in touch with someone on the phone.The first time the technician was scheduled to come between 10a-2p and he called at 2:30p to say he was on his way, but he never showed up. He told his manager that no one came to the door....We have 2 dogs that bark at a leaf blowing across the yard, so there's no way this happened. Every time we tried to call we were put on hold (never actually spoke to anyone first) and had to leave a message, which was never returned.In another instance we placed a claim on a Saturday morning (By the way their 24/7 line doesn't actually exist) we weren't able to get in touch with them until the following Wednesday and they couldn't schedule us until the following Monday!!Also, the technician who did finally come look at our unit, didn't replace all of the screws on the control panel and left 2 sitting on top of the circuit breaker. He also laid across the unit to try and put the screws back, and bent the top of the fan guard which now makes a terrible sound.I have no idea how this company has any return business at all. They were the worst!

There should be a rating for less than a star. This company has no customer service skills and an apparent deficiency in integrity. We had an appointment scheduled on Friday 4/17 between 1-6. I called their office to confirm the appointment that morning and the appointment was confirmed. I took a half day off work to wait for these people to show up. Not only did they not bother to show up they also never called to say they would be late or to re-schedule. I left two messages on their answering service and never received a return call. On the morning of Monday 4/20 I waited until 9:30 to contact them thinking that they would call first thing to re-schedule. HAH! The joke is on me again. I was offered an appointment on 4/21 because they were all booked up for the day. But what about my appointment on the 17th? I ask that they make good on their commitment and come out today when I was available and explained that tomorrow would be difficult for me. I was told they would try to work it out and call me back. It's two in the afternoon now and I've received no return call and have tried ringing this company twice. Both times to be sent to voicemail. I'll come back to share how this story ends but if you don't have time for a major headache I suggest you steer clear of this company.

Used Best Care for a plumbing job recently, 2 toilets installed and leaks repaired in a shower stall and tub. Fairly good craftsmanship but very overpriced. Slow performance. Came to the job unprepared and had to track down parts, then took long breaks. The work team twice disappeared for more than an hour and a half. Took a day and a half to do what could’ve been done in half the time. Found several fairly obvious problems on walkthrough after I was told that the job was finished. Shoddy cleanup and drywall left unrepaired. I was given the number of an affiliate to have the drywall taken care of and I have yet to get an appointment. I would not use Best Care again under any circ*mstances.

They quoted me an amount of $900 out of pocket to replace by Hot wtr heater and this was with AHS home warranty. No breakdown of what cost $900 but check 6 items on the estimate. Drain pan, gas flex & stop, starter collar, wtr shut off valve & permit. I wouldn't recommend this company.

BEST CARE is AMAZING! Adam and Pete were so professional, polite and knowledgeable. Our water heater upstairs in the attic leaked without our knowledge which made our ceiling collapse and we called Best Care and they came out and installed a new water heater and as usual their workmanship was awesome. I called Best Care after calling 3 other companies and was told they could service my plumbing problem the next day. As promised, I received a call from the technician 20 minutes before he arrived on time, answered all my questions and fixed my problem in less time than expected. What was the most satisfying part of this service call was my final bill which was considerably less that what was quoted by the 3 other companies. Best Care will be more work for me in the future.

This company might do fine work, but there is no way to tell since you cannot get them on the phone. Their Emergency Line never answers, and even when you call during business hours you spend an incredible amount of time on hold. I should have received a call before 12 PM on Monday. I received a call at 3 PM and spent an hour trying to call back, to no avail. Then I called at 10 AM on Tuesday and was on hold forever; even the Home Depot referral agents couldn't get them on the phone. Then I was told the earliest someone could come out was Wednesday. So much for same-day service, so much for customer service. Very, very frustrating.

Devyn Stokes called ahead and texted to let me know he was about 20 minutes away from arrival. Devyn was on-time during the allocated service window. Devyn was professional, wore a mask, and very knowledgable of the task (running/leaking toilet) being performed. Devyn quickly identified the issue with the toilets. Devyn performed a prompt diagnostic test and provided the estimated cost timeliness of the repair. Devyn restored my toilets back to working/useable conditions in less than 30 minutes. Best Care was able to work me in the day I called and their tracking system kept me updated almost to the minute when their technician would arrive. Had best care out to my home for a water leak after MLGW stated I had a water leak and them shutting the water off to my home for over a week, (they were booking out a week). Plumber came out stood in my yard watching the meter which I watched as well and stated I had no leak present and turned my water on and left. I came home to a flooded bathroom...needless to say I was not happy. They didn't go in my home too look at the plumbing. Had the problem resolved by another company and they made sure to go in my home and check all my plumbing so i wouldn't have anymore flooding,

Scheduled a service call through my home warranty company. The plumber, John, who was sent out completely dismissed my concerns and the reason for the service call. He was in my home less than 10 minutes but told me my faucets don't leak. I'm sitting here as I type this listening to it drip. He tightened one screw on a faucet and left. Faucets still leak and I'm out $125.00 for nothing. Best Care quoted over $300 for a trim kit I can buy at Home Depot for less than $50.00. Complete disregard to customer concerns.

Purchased my water heater through Home Depot and Best Care was contracted for the installation. They came out and assessed my needs. They were very helpful, here when promised and worked through the complications of having to install in the attic on the third floor. I highly recommend their services and will call them again when needed.

Removed old hot water heater and installed new one. While removing the old tank they spilled water. It came off the wall and framed art but left several spots on the staircase carpet. It shouldn’t be necessary to pay for carpet cleaning or replacement because you have a water heater tank replaced.

The technician Reggie came in an located the problem quickly and was clear about what he was doing. He also was polite and respectful of the social distancing due to covid-19 and took the proper precautions to insure the cleanliness of our home due to coming in and out of the rain.

Having my heater serviced from Best Care Plumbing was a good experience. My technician was clean looking, friendly and made it a point to explain everything he was doing for the maintenance of my heater. The technician also left me a couple of notes to help maintain the efficiency of the heater.

Never provided estimate. I am doing a major Remodel. I spoke with them a couple of times after the technician came out and they promised an estimate. I can't believe they did not respond to my calls or emails. Job must have been too big.

Coordinated with Home Depot. Efficient, communicative, detailed, conscientiously administrated and executed the work--installation of a new hot water gas heater in my attic. Work done well, and I am a critic since I am an engineer and plant manager off 35 years experience in tenh work and commercial/industrial construction. Highly recommend them for any work in the future. I do have one comment, and that is that for some reason the outfit does not give 45degree sweat-sweat elbows their crews for making tank connections. This means they have to work with 90 degree short radius copper sweat-sweat elbows. Piping installation so limited means a higher equivalent length of piping must be installed when installing and re-installing units. ONLY a mechanical engineer would note this probably, but as far as I know there is little or no difference in cost of these two fittings, and 45 degree elbows can be rolled out of plane to accomplish connections with less flowing pressure loss. This comment in no way is intended as criticism to the way the job was done. Best Care did a great job working with some unusual circ*mstances and adapting and overcoming all of these conditions to accomplish a good and proper installation. The fitting comment is directed at management and not at the service personnel. Good job and reasonable price. No complaints. Cudos!

I bought a toilet through Home Depot and asked for professional installation. Best Care Home Services was assigned to my order. Antonio was exceptionally professional and courteous during the installation, even when he was faced with the unexpected. Antonio explained everything he was fixing in easy to understand terms. I will definitely be calling them again for any of my plumbing needs.

Came one time to price out extras to be completed under the auspices of Lowe's. Paid $35 to Lowe's for an estimate by Best. Never heard from Lowe's or Best again.

Was able to have someone come out the same day as I called. They were very helpful and let me learn the process. They cleaned up and went above and beyond. Service was pricey but worth it for at least the gentlemen that worked with me.

The Best Care technician, Devyn, was on time and very professional. The Installation of my sink faucet and garbage disposal was done to my satisfaction and without any issues.Devyn walked me through what he did as well as how to operate everything. What I liked most was he gave me pointers on how to help extend the service life on what was installed, and also showed me how to fix minor issues that might arise in the future. Devyn was very friendly and personable. I know there are always bad apples wherever you go, but my experience with Best Care got their business card on my refrigerator, and that's not easy to do.

My experience has been very frustrating..First, I asked the rep to notify me when they were on the way, because I was at work and needed time to meet them at my residence. I get a text telling me that the technician was on the way, literally 7 minutes later before I could get out of the parking lot of my job, the tech was calling me to say that they were at my home and had knocked 3 times with no answer, thankfully my son was there to let them in while I was in transit. When I got there they were still in the truck, I spoke and they proceeded to get out and started taking the equipment out and then the tech said to me that he needed the money that Best Care was charging me for the modifications that had to be done that was not covered by my insurance before they would start the work of replacing my evaporator coil. I told the tech that I had never heard of paying before your services was rendered and told him I was going to call the office. I called the office and spoke with one of the office staff, I told her the same thing that I told the tech that I had never heard of paying in full before work was done, may a percentage but never full price; I went on to tell her you want me to trust you to do my repairs but you dont trust me to pay, she said I'm sorry...but we will need the money up front..and let me add I also asked her why she didnt tell me their policy up front..ooh, and by the way the tech told me he was just the messenger and the office staff said they asked for the money $600.00 upfront because the tech requested his pay. After speaking to the office I went to the credit union, and while on my way to my bank to get a cashier's check I got a call from Best Care, Shandra saiding they couldnt wait on me any longer, they needed to get their next call, that I had taken to long..I felt that they should have been more compromising and I also felt that I was being treated unfairly. The techs came back severals hours later. I gave them the check, they put in the evaporator coil, but I didnt see the sheet metal that I had to pay $325 for...This all took place on July 2, 2018...on July 4. 2018....my unit again stopped getting cool around 11:00 am...I set my thermostat on 75...the temp in my house went up to 88 never cooling.very very hot...I placed a call for them to come back out. I am waiting to hear from them. I know that yesterday was a holiday...I have a special needs daughter, its been difficult trying to keep her cool and comfortable along with my son and myself. I just want to be treated fairly, get my unit working properly by a honest trustworthy company..

Great service and accommodating recommendations to give me all the options for the replacement of one of my AC units. The technicians were very informative and knowledgeable when explaining the work they would be performing. I had a tight window of time available due to having to reschedule from a multiple day power outage and the installation fit perfectly in the amount of time I had available. Two thumbs up on both customer care and customer service!

I got a new A/C unit and a new furnace installed and warranties for 8000 dollars, it might have taken 3 or 4 hours from start to finish, I got a 4 year loan with no interest, so I'm paying 187 dollars for four years, I think I did pretty good, ill probably pay it off in half that time.

Matt and his assistant were very courteous and professional during the entire hot water tank install. They explained what they were going to do, covered my carpet for protection, cleaned up after the job, and explained the operation of the new unit. Were going to wait two weeks to install a new water heater installed. Called AHS and they agreed it would take that long. Called Best Care back and told them two weeks was too long. They are not reliable. Even with a 4 hour window they did not show up and I had to leave to another appointment. Had a window from 8-12 a.m. and the technician did not show in that window. I didn’t know he was going to be late do I called them; they did not have the courtesy to call me and see if I could even be here. So I unfortunate have another appointment and will update my review if it’s any better service.

They sold me a defective water heater and the installer told me everyone they sold had to be returned. I was instructed to unplug it and plug it back in and it would reset but it would cut off again and again. As I was telling him, I couldn't gooutside and keep doing this , he told me to shut my mouth and listen to the professional. He said the salesman and management knew it was a defective product but kept selling them anyway. High profit. Buyer Beware. The salesman name is Jay and the installer is Bobby.

Let's face it, the time you are calling a Heating or Cooling company it is generally during the hottest or coldest time of the year, and your unit has failed you to deal with the elements. The mood at home is somber, anxious for someone to come and restore equilibrium. We have had the misfortune to deal with both occasions in the past 6 months, and have utilized Best Care to return our home to the happy climate we are accustomed to. We found them to be competent in their diagnosis, compassionate to our needs for timely service; and will continue to use this company for any HVAC related issues. I want to express my appreciation first to Kimberly that assisted me with scheduling my prompt appointment and paying attention to important details per my disability and hardship. She was honest about the service and fees that weren't covered under the contract before the contractors arrived. Although it is not easy to accept bad news when your thermostat inside the house is reading 98 degrees. I had been up four days without air however the service was good. To Josh that inspected and diagnosed the issue with my air conditioner. He was neat and really concerned and tried everything to start the compressor with no luck. Then a special thanks goes out to the laborers Anthony and Joshua. They were courteous polite and very professional. Best Care as a whole went above and beyond and they soared beyond the excitement of the solar eclipse. I am so grateful that I insisted American Home Shield send this vendor out to service my request not only did they replace my compressor. They replaced the coils and all of the rusty old parts to make sure it worked properly. They went upstairs to check the system as well as the blower. They made sure all the vents upstairs and downstairs weren't obstructed to make sure that the airflow would circulate throughout my house quickly to get 100% quality from my unit. I can honestly say my health has improved because of your efforts to expedite my ticket. I would highly recommend this company and rate it as very, very good. Best Care was referred to me by Home Depot. Zach came to my home the same day and gave me estimates on three options for replacing my three 16 year old water heaters. I elected to go with one Rinna tank less unit.The following day, Benitez and Anthony arrived at about 8:30 AM and began work. About mid afternoon, the work was finished. The install was professional and the guys left no mess.Later I detected a minor gas leak but Best Care came back and fixed the problem. So far the unit is working properly and I never run out of hot water.

I would like to give zero stars to the salesmen. Follow up to unfinished work and communication in my case was terrible. They left holes in drywall and siding on my house like it was not a big deal. Holes were not there before. So kind of a big deal to me. The HVAC system is great so it would have been a better rating if not for the other issues. Currently will not recommend Best Care to anyone I know. Did not give me the Best Care.

My parents have been dealing with this company for the last 2 weeks trying to get their downstairs air conditioner fixed. They only used this company because it was the one sent by the home warranty company they have a policy through.First of all, it takes several days for someone to get out to your house. Apparently they have very few technicians. They do not work on weekends either. What kind of air conditioning company does not open on weekends? It's difficult to get scheduled.Next, it took 3 trips to figure out what was really wrong with the air. Turns out it was the evaporator coil, which they had to order. Who doesn't have an evaporator coil in stock? They go out all the time! Any other company would have had the air fixed the same day.So they had to order the part, which too 5 days to get in, all the while reassuring my parents that they would install it as soon as it came in. Guess what? It came in today and Best Care will not come out for another 2 days.Meanwhile, my father who is wheelchair bound and cannot go upstairs where the air works has to suffer in the heat downstairs as the temperatures outside are close to 100.AVOID!

I am truly disappointed with this home warranty company. They installed a AC unit back in 2017 and it broke down three time since the installation. Compressor went out twice in less than 5 years. Best Care Plumbing was great while selling and installing the units. verbally I was said if you buy from us and take the maintenance package everything including parts and labor are covered for 10 years and my mistake was not reading the contract thoroughly and signing. fast forward about over an year of use suddenly the thermostat stopped working and nothing shows on the screen , went to the units and checked they are in idl state which means they are not getting any signal from thermostat. when i call in this best car they said you will have to pay for service fee and then labor fee this is a clear rip off taking advantage of the situation. people be aware they have a very sweet talk when they initially sell you , but after that they are also like most of others out there trying to rip you off with their service fee and labor fee for something they advised installing (thermostat, i initially had nest which was doing good. had to change to nexia xl 824 on their recommendation). and that too for a repeat problem.On the reply from the owner,yes your point noted, i had to read it and not believe in what the representative said and what a joke it would be for a company which cant back what they have advised and installed? how is it different than just getting some one online thumptack etc (certified by the way) doing it for a very less charge why would we have to choose best care services ? ohh yeah may be to learn a lesson that don't believe in what you guys just say while trying to sell it. I was so much referring you guys to people but that's all before any problems but now i understand the truth be nice till you sell and don't care later. Last time when i reported same problem the tech just changed the filters and went but did not address the real problem , these XL824 are crazy they stop and start back randomly and i keep changing the filters every 3 months when they are rated for 1 year.Also by the way I understand that its my mistake not to read the whole doc that's the only reason why its just a review and not a complaint.

When I called to make the appt, I asked how much they charged to snake a drain pipe in back of washer. She could not tell me the approximate cost, said it was based on the size of coil they used??? really?? but said the service call would be $80 and that would be applied to cost of repair. So I figured how much could it be just to snake a drain pipe. I had it done in 2021 by another company and it was only $130. They winded up charging me double that, which I thought was ridiculous since they guys (yeah 2 guys and it only took 1 guy to do the work) were done and gone in under 30minutes. I will never use them again because I felt they she could have given me an approximate cost for this service. Live and learn.

After first come service, we need a follow up repair appointment, but it is hard to make the follow up appointment. We have already paid service fee, so we have to wait for them. In my opinion, if we have already your customer, please complete our service first, especially in such a hot summer!

We told they would install Furnace within 3 days it took them 10 days in the midst of the worst freeze in the US history. I ended up with frozen and busted pipes because there was no heat in the house. the day they decided to install the furnace they bombarded my cell with calls for 2 hours while I was in bed to collect a non covered payment. I will be contacting the better business bureau soonPaid $755 for non cover warranty and they would only replace the furnace not the A coil plus $100 for service call.plus the warranty which is $1400 plus for 2 years.New Furnace costs $1500 including the A coil and with installationso I gave them $2255 whereas I could have sent $1500 and saved over $700When they called(10 times ) started at 8 AM they gave me 0 notice and were very rude and told me that they're policy was to collect payment first before installing the unit, I called a week before that and volunteered to pay but was told by the manager that payment can be made after installation...I paid for the best warranty according to the regional sales person. Obviously it didn't cover punch of things one of them was the flue pipe which I was charged $755 for a simple pipe. The tech installed it 30 minutesThey also told me they don't take online payment but when the manager was there she said they do. When she was off they told me they don't have online payment. They pressure you to cough the payment before they do repairs, Otherwise the tech will leave the house if you don't make the payment on the spot which was what happened with me. The tech left because I didn't make the payment when they called me at 8 Amlastly when I asked about the labor warranty they said 30 days Onlyafter 30 days you will have to pay another $100 for them just to come look at it. Before you buy a warranty make sure to read the fine prints and ask about their exclusions

Called up with my complaint of no cool air coming out of my air conditioner. I had used this company for all my HVAC and plumbing needs for several years and several thousand dollars. They said they could come in 4 days. I protested that we couldn’t wait that long with a baby and an elder in the house in the 105• heat.They said in a very unconcerned tone, “that’s our next available, do you want it or not?” I replied, “no, thank you, but be real sure when you turn me down today because I am a good repeat customer to you and I’m in bad shape and need help right now and if I have to meet somebody new because you sent me away, I might like them and never call you again”. They replied, “Is there anything else?”. I said no. I called another well known company who was there in 4 hours and fixed my unit. They were not better but they were available. I’m a doctor and I’ve always told my patients, “the best doctor on earth is no good to you if he can’t help you when you’re bleeding to death”.I rest my case. I will never call Best Care Hime Services again. They are arrogant and too successful. I will devote myself to making them less successful so that they might remember why they are here on earth: to serve others, and be grateful for the chance to do so.

Best Care Pluming, Heating and Air was assigned to repair our hot water tank through our home warranty insurance. They identified the issue as being a part that was covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.Working with them was a HORRIBLE experience! Although, the technician they dispatched seem to be knowledgeable, the office team lacks organization and customer service. Upon the insurance company dispatching my work order to them, they called to schedule my appointment for a 12-5 slot. However, called the next day to say you didn’t do well on our planning— the tech will be in your area from 8-12. They requested us to make arrangements to be home from 8am - 12pm instead. We obliged. We took off work to be available. However, when no one showed at 11am, we called to confirm. They then told me that our system didn’t update, our techs don’t know — “it’ll be sometime today”. This was the first thing that upset me (as if my time wasn’t appreciated or valued). How are you asking me to make myself available to you but you’re now not available? At the very least, as a company I appreciate the integrity of being honest, but it doesn’t make up for the fumble in planning. Thankfully, the tech’s interaction with me recovered my faith in them. He explained it’ll be fine. The part is a quick turn around. I’ll ask them to put you on the schedule for the day and time we discussed (5 days from water heater diagnosis). No one followed up to confirm on days 1-3 or anytime on their own. I called where office team then told me the part was never ordered and my appointment wasn’t looking likely (as if my family and I going without hot water wasn’t a big deal). FINALLY, she tells me give her a call back to follow up, HOPEFULLY she’ll have some details. Again, no customer service. Why should I call you to follow up? Where is your remorse in failing your customer and making it right? Why wasn’t the part ordered? After I fussed, they agreed to call me back and even overnighted the part. Thank you! I again felt nearly hopeful. However, on days 3 & 4, I continuously called (not them) to confirm my appointment for the 5th day. Although, they overnighted directly to my house, they still couldn’t confirm until I told them the part was there. On day 5, I confirmed I received the part, but they then couldn’t agree on the time slot we spoke about for going on a week, the same date that the tech noted on the work order (he made a voice memo). We requested last call, to prevent from taking off work again (as mentioned several times and accepted several times). However, the tech attempted to come 2 hours prior. Then, cancelled our work order to leave us with a warranty part we don’t know anything about. We are here a week later with no hot water, a box of whatever and a new company that has to “re-diagnose”.I saw the reviews when they first received my ticket and hoped it’d be better. It wasn’t. My family would have loved to have a moment to rant and rave about how great the service was. Unfortunately, it wasn’t. Again, the office team seems to lack — organization and customer service. I never spoke to the same person. They each never seem to speak to each other. Each person I spoke to seemed to be calloused to complaints and issues, nor seemed interested in extending customer service to correct what should have gone better — planning and making the appointment you tell people, ordering parts on time, communicating what has or hasn’t been done, listening, extending great customer service especially to customer who are already dealing with what big items that matter — no hot water, no heat, no ac, floods, whatever.In the end, Best Care, we may not be paying you directly (in these cases), but as a customer my family and I would still like to be served as such. We expected more.Thank you.

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE IF YOU CAN HELP IT! They don't care about fixing your problem and don't think it's their job to keep you from having them. You'd better hope you don't have any problems with their work because they won't lift a finger to help you.I had no choice but to use them because my home warranty sent them. My water heater unit began spewing water Sunday morning. I turned off the spigot to the unit and cleaned up the mess. I called for service but, of course, couldn't get anyone until Monday morning. I slept on my living room floor with a garden hose connected to the unit draining out of my open back door and had to wake up every hour or two to make sure I wasn't getting more flooding or having strangers walking into my house.When they came this morning, I explained more than once that I didn't think the closed spigot was stopping all water flow into the unit and that I was worried that it would continue to fill and have to be continually drained to keep it from flooding again. He said there was no problem, so I put the end of the hose in a bucket and went to work after scheduling the unit to get replaced. When I got back, once again my kitchen and living room carpet were soaked.I called Best Care to have them send someone over to turn off the main to my house or do something to remove the threat of flooding until the unit could actually be replaced. Even though they were still open, they said everyone had gone home and they wouldn't do anything. They did have the technician who came today call me. He also said they wouldn't do anything and ended up hanging up on me. They seemed amazed that I would expect them, when they were here this morning, to get me to a point where I didn't have to worry about flooding until the unit could be replaced.Now I'm going to have to sleep in the living room again and monitor the drainage hose and my open back door all night.

Technician Derek White was very professional and courteous. He did a great job and thoroughly explained everything that he did, including checking for carbon dioxide while running the heater. He was also kind enough to look at an order I was placing for new filters from Amazon to ensure that I was ordering the correct model and brand. He did not select them, just offered advice. I will request him in 6 months when we get the service plan inspection for the cooling season. Best Care Scheduling Department was very friendly, and handled my request with professionalism and efficiency. This just goes along with the installation and purchase of our system from Best Care, continuing a pattern of excellence!

If I could give this company negative stars it would be more appropriate! To have come recommend by a reputable insurance company, they are the most untrustworthy individuals to have working in your home. The plumber sent to complete repairs at my mothers home stole her jewelry! They will not return the calls she has placed to them, her insurance company calls, or emails. Why anyone would ever entrust them to do business in their home after this would be beyond me. They are not to be trusted and police reports have been filed. Its is a shame to have to go to these lengths, but people need to be warned on the type of company this is and what they are doing to the community. So not allow these people into your home or business they will rob you blind!

I found myself in need of service after frozen pipes burst in the kitchen. On Sunday 12/25 Christmas Day 2022 my pipe inside the wall burst after freezing temperature went up and pipes thawed. My home warranty company sent them to inspect frequent stoppage in my master bathroom, which was part of a new addition a few years back. At the time, the plumber told me that there was a belly in the main pipe which was likely due to improper installation. I was in relief because my warranty would cover such a claim. A few weeks go by and I hear nothing from the warranty company or the plumber. Come to find out it was denied because they said he wrote it was normal wear and tear. So, I called Best Care and was told it would be about $500 to repair it. After I explained what I was told by the plumber, I was told the ticket would be updated and resubmitted. About 6 weeks go by (it's the holidays now so time flew by), and I called back. I was told that someone would call me back. I called again in January, again nothing. By now, I have just basically given up!! I called one more time recently. This time I was told it would be investigated further and I would get a call back later that day or the next day. Again nothing! So I called a few days later, and this time I was told the manager and plumber reviewed it and said was normal wear and tear. I asked for the manager to call me to explain how he knows it's normal wear and tear compared to improper installation. He did NOT call me himself, but had someone else call and basically blow me off. Of course, they still would come out and do the work! Why in the world would I let you repair something that you can't call and explain how's it's broken to begin with?! I can only imagine if I had a problem with the work how long it would take for someone to call me back.Best Care may do great work. I have no idea! The plumber was very nice and professional. However, their poor communication just prevents me from recommending them to anyone.

I hesitated to do this review because I didn't know how to rate it. The customer service was excellent, respectful and informed, however, I was without hot water repair for 3 weeks or more. No hot water. The part had to be ordered I was told, but I was still without repair for weeks. When it did come in, they were expedient, quick and in and out in a very short period of time. So I decided to give a review that I believed they deserved.

The technicians especially Jay were very cordial they were very detailed as to what was to be done and made sure that everything was right before leaving. We will definately use/recommend their services again. 👌

The rep that came out to our home and gave us a quote on replacement was incredibly helpful in helping understand our situation and the whole interaction felt genuine and transparent. They didn't try to upsell me or manipulate me into signing. Although I elected to go a different route for upgrading our HVAC system, it was only because I could save a couple $K w/ another provider but Best Care was still a very good cost compared to places like Conway.

We had a contracted price for a job and had already paid for the service. The individual doing the work showed up with 5 minutes left of the time window. Told us it would be an extra $400 and they would have to do the job 2 weeks later. They were incredibly rude and I asked them to get out of my house. As far as I am concerned they tried to rip us off and insulted me in my own home. They never called back to ask what happened or to reschedule but they sent this survey and I am more than happy to share my horrible experience with this terribly dishonest company.

I called for an estimate one day, and the same day I was scheduled for a technician to come and inspect my plumbing issue. I received a text prior to his arrival with the techs full name and arrival time. Explained in detail (including pictures) of what I had going on, and gave me an estimate for the job. The job was completed in a timely manner by a very professional and friendly technician, Mr. Bobby. He cleaned up his job site area, and thanked me for my business. He went the extra mile to inform me about other services (preventive) that the company offers to help people from encountering major household problems.

My AC service need was contracted through my home warranty company. After the warranty company selected an HVAC company to do my repair, that contractor called to schedule an appointment, and said it would be a week before they could even come look at my broken AC system in my house. I called my warranty company back to complain and they reassigned the work to Best Care. Within an hour of doing so, Best Care called to schedule and scheduled it for the following day. We want to have a gas line installed because when we bought the house it was electric. We contacted Lowe's and they recommended Best Home Care Service. Two guys came and they thought they're going to just install the stove but they didn't like the fact that they have to go through the crawl space or attic. They just left with probably no intentions of coming back. We still need to figure out how we're going to get our money back from Lowe'sPlease don't hire them for tough situation repairs because they're unable to do it.. The bad thing for them is, we're going to complain to Lowes and that's going to eradicate some business.

Best Care sent a technician to my home last year who spoke with me about several projects. He said Best Care would email the estimates. Five months have passed and Best Care has not sent formal estimates. I’ve reached out to the company multiple times. I also requested that management call me. No response. But wait, there’s more. The technician made comments about one of the jobs that indicated a lack of competency. He said his crew never checks nor adjusts the pressure of expansion tanks Best Care installs on cold water lines. I asked him why. He said the tanks are pre-filled and should be left as in. That’s very wrong. The air pressure inside an expansion tank should correspond with the set pressure of a home’s pressure reducing valve.Best Care was at a neighbor’s house a month ago to provide an estimate. My neighbor relayed my negative experience and asked who I should speak with. The technician told him “some employees are better than others.” The technician relayed zero interest in putting anyone in touch with management.Update: If Best Care is unable to provide service, it should be honest with customers upfront. Ignoring and dodging customers is bad management and sends up red flags. However, the services requested were advertised on Best Care’s website, and the estimator said the work could be performed that week. Maybe Best Care should spend more time responding to customer calls so it can avoid negative reviews.

I've had pretty good service from Best Care's plumbing team. There have been a couple small issues, but they have been good to come back to correct them. I'm satisfied and will continue to use them for my plumbing needs. I'm less pleased with their AC team. I did not rate them here, but felt it worth mentioning.

Well it was hot enough to fry an egg outside and my a/c went out. I needed it fixed fast as I have a child in the house I'd called a few places but they couldn't get to me soon enough. I called best care and they got to me quickly and did everything they could to get my a/c back. A couple short hours later and I had a/c!! Thx best care and customer service was on point very polite and professional. I'd recommend them!

If I could give 10 stars I would. My AC unit was having a drainage issue (no interior damage) and I was concerned about water damage in the house.I called several other companies first, and the earliest they could get out was 4 or 5 days. I get it that it's the worst time of year, but that was too long.I then called Best Care and they had someone at my house within 4 hours. Taylor was great! He blew the line out but recommended that a plumber come fuller clear the line. We scheduled for this afternoon between 1 and 5. But I got a call at 11:30 that he was on his way.I did not get his name, but he was just as good as Taylor. He cleaned the drain and even installed a new clean out hole in the line.Best Care was... well, the Best. I will definitely recommend and use them again if needed. Thank you!!!

Best Care was amazing once again!!! I had a busted drain pipe and the plumber John Eastburn fixed it within 24 hours. He was very nice and professional and made a bad situation feel a lot better. the old heating/air and installing a new heating and air system.

We had a water heater issue and got in touch with this company through a home warranty company. They promptly scheduled an appointment and came out in two days. After the diagnotics, the contractor said he'll need to order a part, and if it was a available locally it should be fast, or it would take 3-5 days. He also sent a sales person the next day to pitch tankless water heaters. After we decided not to go with the tankless water heater, things went downhill and this company became unreachable. (1) Calls were on held for a long time and then went to voice mail. (2) When I reached someone, after a few days, they said there was no part locally and they had to order, so they will call us back in 3-5 days. (3) After a week, after leaving two messages and no call back, I was able to reach Best Care. The person who answered the phone, a Melinda, said she could see our home address but no notes. She claimed she was having computer issues and had to email her manager, who was in a meeting at that time, about the order. (4) I then called the home warranty company, who said they have yet to receive a diagnostic report from Best Care. They warranty contacted Best Care while I waited on the line. I was told by the warranty company that Best Care said they sent in the diagnostic report, but the warranty company did not have them. This resulted in the warranty company telling me to use a different contractor before I even asked. Taking care of customers is not this company's top priority, and the way they gave inconsistent answers does not make me feel comfortable doing business with them. If you have a choice, stay away.

Hot water heater replacement:: Quick, used tarps to protect my carpet. My only bad comment is they put the drip pan with the drain to the back of my wall. Otherwise I would recommend them.

They installed a water heater the summer of 2020, and it died December 2021. They did not have parts on hand to fix it, and it has been 5 days I've been without hot water. They said they'll be here tomorrow between 10 and 2 but I leave for work at noon. When I requested an earlier or tighter service window they just said this is the time slot I have. When I asked to speak to a manager I was told I'd be called back. Service was great last year when they sold me a new heater, but now that I have issues the service level is absolutely atrocious. I do not recommend using them. They are one of the lower bidders for a reason.

Trust me. Do not use for air-conditioner. My air-conditioner is still not working after two attempt. This has been going on for over a month. No one will answer the phone during the day or the emergency number, so we had to spend the weekend with family since our home is without air and our city is under a heat advisory. Each time they said our air was fixed it wasn't. The last time Best Care serviced my air-conditioner it went out again the same day. Aweful customer service too, when someone does finally answer the phone she is rude like a teenager without manners.

My salesman Will Doty was a phenomenal guy. Honest as they come and gave me plenty of options and payment methods to replace my 25 year old goodman unit. I decided to go with a Trane because from what I hear,...They're hard to stop. All jokes aside, Terry and Hugh, my installation professionals, were prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. My wife was home for the majority of the install and she's a bit wary of unfamiliar men in her house. They put her at ease immediately with their professionalism. It was a picture perfect install. They removed the old equipment and left the house cleaner than when they entered. I'm not one for reviews unless it's an extremely positive or negative experience. These guys easily scored a 20 out of 10. I'll definitely be a returning customer if something goes wrong with my plumbing or hvac in the future.

Please be aware of the company's technicians as they are going to rip off pretty bad. My HVAC stopped cooling so had them for a diagnostic and repair. It's only 5.5 yrs old system. He suggested the compressor has gone bad and gave me a quote of $4000 to replace the whole unit (condenser + evaporative coil) !Next day, had it checked with another company and they found the problem with the thermostat. Once replaced with a new thermostat everything is back to normal. Thankfully, I took the second opinion and didn't go with these guys.

Helpful, Friendly, Fast and Professional... I don’t give too many feedbacks but I am grateful I called them.

Overall they did a good job. I did have two issues with the job they did. They came back out and fixed the one issue but the second issue they did not fix. I wouldn't mention the second issue but it was the flippant response I was given that made me write this. Where the power cable comes thru the wall, they damaged the dry wall around the hole, breaking the dry wall. I was told they don't fix dry wall. That's all well and good but you damaged my wall and it needs to be repaired. That is my main complaint.

Lisa was amazing when we talked on the phone about the services I needed. There has immediate availability the following day to come and provide an evaluation for a second opinion. I needed a second opinion on my apartment furnace and what was causing the strange odor I smelled after maintenance came multiple times to try to fix my heat. They even said they had contractors come, but nothing was wrong and the odor I smelled was dust burning. Ron was amazing! He called me when he was on the way and arrived at the time he stated he would. He was friendly, professional, and patient! He was able to validate my concerns that he could smell the odor, diagnose the issue, and provide me with written notes to use as I discuss this with the property manager. He also provided additional concerns noting the furnace is a fire hazard. The entire process was smooth! I would definitely recommend calling for an evaluation. The cost was very reasonable!

I originally gave a 5 star rating for the service they did to check and clean my unit. The technician seemed like he was doing a good job, but later found out the A/C unit was not working. When they were checking the unit the technician lowered the temperature so the unit would constantly run. He told me he could shut it off from outside which I found strange. Since this was a downstairs unit and the temperature was not extremely hot so it did not rum for a couple of weeks. When it got hot it did not turn on so I called Bestcare and told them I think the technician did something when he shut it off. They would not come out for well over a week. I ended up calling another company and they found the technician did not turn the breaker back on. What makes me really mad is I called them and they told me the manager would give me a call and it has been a week and no response. So I had to pay another company to repair the unit and didn’t even get a response back. This company really does care about their customers.

Anthony and Joshua did a great job with the install. August came out on day two and the three of them completed the job. They were very knowledgeable and polite. We are very happy with our new Trane units. We highly recommend Best Care Home Services!

I filed a claim with my warranty company and it took a month for my HVAC to be repaired by Home Best Services. It was by far the worse experience I’ve encountered not to mention a representative attempting to sell me a product that was not approved by my warranty company and was not needed from the recommendation that was presented after the diagnostic. I was told if I purchased the new system which was $10,500, may I add, they would be able to install within 3 to 5 days, but since I did not qualify to get the new system, it resulted in my equipment not being repaired for 30 days. The entire staff not only failed to communicate properly, but accused me of lying about a representative not leaving a message on a voice mail that I do not have. My experience may not be like any other, but I would not personally recommend this company. #disappointedcustomer

Technicians delivered and installed a new hot water heater. It works great and supplies plenty of hot water. I did have to wait for a few days for them to do the installation.

We had to have both AC units replaced during the hottest week of the year (thus far). Terry and his crew came out on two separate days to complete the jobs, they were fantastic. Not only were they extremely punctual, they were knowledgeable and open to answering any questions we had, they were also very respectful of our property. Our hvac setup is in our attic, Terry and his crew made sure to drape everything, as not to stain or damage carpet, banisters, etc. We had an issue with our downstairs unit within 24hrs of installation, Terry came back immediately after we called. It happened to be a compressor issue, so he had a tech out shortly after. The tech took great care of us as well and everything has worked flawlessly since.

Cory from Best Care came out to my home for a follow up inspection after having both of our HVAC units replaced this summer. He was clean, professional, friendly and above all else, on time. He explained what he was doing every step of the way and even went so far as to clean up some of the wiring that wasn't perfect in his eyes. I would highly recommend Best Care to my friends and family, as they've done a wonderful job taking care of us.

Water Heater replacement. I had a water heater go out last week. I called around for quotes. I got 5. Home Depot was one of them. In the Memphis area, Best Care is the installer for Home Depot. I submitted my request online around 11 AM on a Thurs. Around 1 PM I got a telephone call from the Best Care Dispatcher (Lexie). She scheduled a site estimate for the very same day (3PM - 5PM). The estimator (Jay) arrived precisely at 3 PM. He actually had to wait on me as I was running a few minutes late. He surveyed the site, filled out the forms and provided me a quote within 30 minutes (and that included me chatting him up a little). I had a couple of quotes left to get so I did not make a decision until the next day. Late in the afternoon of the next day I called Lexie back to accept the Best Care quote and schedule the work. She scheduled me an appointment for Monday afternoon. It is important to note that I wasn't in a huge hurry as I have two water heaters and the other one was still working. She still scheduled me with her first available appointment. I firmly believe that, had I only had a single water heater, she would have figured out how to get the new one installed over the weekend. I didn't ask but I think if I'd really needed hot water she would have figured out how to get it done. We agree on the schedule and I paid with a credit card over the phone. Monday arrives and the install crew led by Stuart call me and arrive just after 1 PM. Stuart conducts a site survey and then briefs me on the particulars of the installation including time, supplies, work involved and all pertinent information. He managed expectations well. They took great care to use drop cloths on the floors and the stairs. It took them about 2.5 hours from arrival to departure. They cleaned everything and ensured all was back to it's original condition and place before they left. It was overall a very good experience. From start to finish it was an incredibly smooth and easy process. I'm sure I'll call Best Care the next time I need home maintenance or new equipment installation. Thanks much!

A few days ago I was dealing with double sink backups in the master bath. I called Best Care, and within a few minutes they called me back to let me know they dispatched Plumber Matthew Trice and his assistant to my location. They arrived and went right to work. Matthew was very professional and knowledgeable. He took time to explain details of what he was going to do and answered all my questions along the way. Mine is an older house and this was years of built up blockage. This team had my sinks clear in just over an hour. I highly recommend Matthew Trice and his plumbing skills. I will certainly call on him and Best Care again should the need arise.

The hot water heater was installed quickly. The techs were very good, courteous, & cleaned up thoroughly after themselves. They put down tarps to protect the hardwood floors. My only complaint is that they neglected to tell me where the paperwork for the heater was & after calling twice I finally got the correct information about its location. If I had not thought to check on this my warranty would not have been valid bc it needed to be registered. The installation was more than the cost of the heater.

After completing the work he reviewed what he did, and sent a copy of the documentation. Had them out two times, first time was a quick and easy fix and they handled it quickly. The second was more complex and because of American Home shield warranty issues and holidays it took longer then I had hoped. The following day there were issues but they corrected them promptly

I had a tankless water heater installed in 2017 by Best Care Home Services. Unfortunately, because the unit was not installed correctly (drain hoses) the water drained back into the unit and destroyed the heat exchanger. I paid a total of 4700.00 for an unprofessional job. Moreover, the technician from a creditable plumbing company stated that the gas exchange valve was not install on the unit. Best Care put my family and I in danger. I called customer service and explained to them the situation and they wanted me to pay them another $80.00 for them to re-evaluate what they did incorrectly. Why would I trust them again? Previously installed a 2-ton Trane HVAC system and came to check that system was running correctly in response to a concern about noise. Checked system and made some suggestions about what to do. System was in working order. Tech was very polite and helpful. Will use again.

Devyn was requested but not assigned. Lady of house was not convinced that expensive faucet needed REPLACEMENT. Work completed but may be more cautious if similar work is rec’d. Drain was“tightened“ rather than reset as Devyn suggested.

We scheduled a furnace tune-up through Home Depot. The first company scheduled an appointment and then never showed up and never called. Home Depot then had Best Care contact us and they were great. After coming out to our place the man noticed major issues with our current furnace...it was installed upside down in order to fit it where it was in the attic. He showed me the arrows on the unit that were supposed to be facing up and pointed out that was the reason I always had a tough time getting the filter in and out as well. We scheduled the installation of a new one 2 days later. They came on time, were very nice and professional and got it replace in a few hours. I will be going back to Best Care for any future needs whenever possible.

Our air has not been working right for going on 4 weeks!! They have been out twice and still nothing! It takes a week to get an appointment and can NEVER get anyone on the phone and dont bother leaving a message because they aren't calling you back!! I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone!!!

If there was a way to rate this company less than 1 star I would.We have been without air conditioning for 8 days now. It took 2 days for a technician to be dispatched to even LOOK at our unit. Because of a holiday weekend, our date for repair was pushed to the next week (Monday). On Monday, we were told that no one could repair the unit until Thursday. That was unacceptable, so they agreed to come out on Tuesday to repair our unit. However, Tuesday morning, we received a call that someone didn't pick up the part they needed so a technician wouldn't be able to repair the unit until Wednesday.I haven't dealt with the technician personally, but by all accounts he has been very responsive and professional (within his power). However, the company as a whole has left a terrible impression with me. I will never recommend anyone to use them if they value reliability in a home warranty service.

In our previous house, Best Care has replaced: the entire attic of ductwork, AC system and heat system. In our current house, we just removed our old water tanks and replaced with 1 tankless system. Cameron did the fall maintenance of my heating unit. He was very pleasant. Even drew me a diagram to answer a question. They installed new AC system in the spring. Each time has been a really good customer service experience.

I am a Real Estate investor so it is important to work with reputable companies that you can trust.They are a complete rip off and it has cost me $800. Plumber that works there told me I needed to remove the floor and ceiling. Which was incorrect! Then afterwards said he could not fix it!Beware! They are biased. If you do hire them, please make sure it is small jobs like lighting a pilot. They are not competent for large jobs.
